Add new personnel and their schedule in Yeswebook CRM

On the sidebar navigate to “Settings > Staff” and click “Staff”.

On the top right corner click “Add employee” button.

Input employee’s name by clicking the “Name” field.

Enter employee’s email.

Click the “Phone” field and enter employee’s phone number.

Click the “Description” field to add some description or recommendation about employee.

Choose “Services” that employee can provide to the clients. Multiple selection is available.

Select corresponding position of your employee.

Tick the checkbox “Display in schedule” to display your employee in the Appointment Calendar of Yeswebook CRM and in the online booking widget. Click “Save” to save all changes.

After saving employee data, you will be automatically directed to define employee’s working schedule and time. Next step is very important as it will define how your employee schedule will be presented in the online widget for booking appointments!

By default working hours for employees defined based on your company working hours. You can adjust working hours of the employee and then select each working day by clicking it in the calendar.

It is available to edit the working schedule by changing the mode in the header of the modal window. Working days are color coded in the calendar: new working days are displayed with green color, removed days are displayed with gray color and current working day is displayed with orange color.

Click “Save” button to save changes in working schedule.

After pressing the “Save” button the schedule for newly created employee will appear in “Work schedule”.
