Create New Appointment via Yeswebook Online Widget

Yeswebook online widget helps your customers to directly book an appointment with any specialist in your company providing needed services. The widget can be placed on your website, social network page or sent directly via messengers. The widget designed in step-wise flow so your customers will easily create an appointment online. To check how the widget works please proceed to the following steps.

On the sidebar navigate to “Settings > Company”

Under the Company settings window find “Online Booking widget” link and copy it by pressing the button on its right. This link can be placed on your website, any social network or sent directly to your clients.

Paste the copied link into the browser’s address bar.

The widget is showing your services, specialists and date/time for booking an appointment. The client can start booking an appointment from any step: Selecting services, preferred specialist or Date and Time. In this example we use Services as a first step of booking an appointement.

Select the service by clicking “+ Choose” button. Multiple selection is available.

After selecting the service, selection can be modified: any service can be removed from selection by clicking “- Remove” button.

Choose another service to be provided be clicking “+ Choose” button.

After selecting all services that the client is interested in, press the “Continue” button.

The client will be directed to a window that contains information about specialists providing selected serviced. Press on the Specialist and then click “Continue”.

Select preferred date by pressing it. Note that dates are consistent with what have been defined in employee’s working schedule.

Choose the time the client supposed to come by pressing it.

Click “Continue” to move to the next step of booking the appointment.

The next window presents the summary of all selections. The client can go into any step and modify it. Click “Continue” to proceed to the next window.

On the next window the Client needs to provide personal details: Name, Phone and Email.

Click “Continue” button to confirm appointment details.

After confirming the appointment the Client is able to either Cancel the appointment by clicking “Cancel Apointment” button or Create a new appointment by clicking “New appointment” button.

To see the appointment in CRM system, go back to Yeswebook CRM and on the sidebar navigate to “Appointment Calendar”.

Choose the data of the appointment pressing it on the “Calendar”. In this example it was on February 23.

Scroll down to the time of the appointment. In this example it was 6:15 PM.

In the modal window the appointment details are presented. The appointment can be modified by administrator.
