Navigate through Appointment Calendar in Yeswebook CRM

On the sidebar navigate to “Appointment Calendar”.

Click “Day” button to change the Calendar view to a daily basis.

If you want to switch the Calendar view to a weekly basis, press “Week” button.

To change the date to a next day your can use “Date scroller”, press the right-arrow “>” button. The same way you can scroll weeks in the “Week” view.

Click the left-arrow “<” button to navigate back.

You can also use the “Calendar” on the sidebar. By clicking the day you can navigate between dates.

Click “Today” button to quickly go back to the current date.

In order to filter out specific employee, press the drop-down box on the top right corner.

Select the employee you are interested in and the Appointment Calendar will be updated accordingly showing appointments that belong to this employee.

In case you want to create a new appointment, choose the date and the time interval under specific employee and click on the “Appointment Calendar”.

Fill in the Client data: Name, Phone and Email on the left side of the window.

You can quickly find the Client in your client database. After selecting the existing clients all fields will be filled in automatically.

Next fill in the Services information the Client wants to book.

Update Date and the Service time if needed, then click “Add appointment” button.

The appointment has been successfully created and placed into the Calendar under specific Employee. Click the appointment to see details.

Inside appointment details window you can edit information if needed.
