Sales Manager

We are looking for an active Sales Manager who will take care of the customers and increase sales of Company’s product. As the business grows, we offer an opportunity to become a Commercial Director based on the results of work and performance

1 year contract

Main Functions

  • Develop marketing and sale strategy and liaisons with all parties to achieve sales target.
  • Develop the customer network in the assigned area by paying visits, calls, emails, websites, and social networks.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs.
  • Increase sales with existing customers, develop appropriate sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Develop internal sales procedures to sustain the good customer services
  • Work with other departments to handle and satisfy the customers’ demands and to supply the products in timely manner.
  • Handle and respond to the customers’ inquiries and complaints.
  • Present the sales reports and evaluation of the monthly, quarterly and annual growth to the Head of the Company.
  • Manage the customer database by updating the customers’ information, categorizing the customers, archiving customers’ data related to sales and contracts.

 

What else we expect from you

  • BSc or MSc degree in related disciplines such as IT, telecommunications, information systems, computer science.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of digital products.
  • Experience of selling or marketing ERP and CRM solutions is an advantage.
  • Skilled in working with databases (SQL, MySQL).
  • Ability to read and check software logs.
  • Ability to read source code, basic programming is an advantage.
  • ERP development experience or a part of them (Finance, CRM & Sales, Customer Web Portal, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Time/Schedule & Projects)
  • Ability to set up systems, build systems for businesses
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Fluent Vietnamese
