Add new Service Category in Yeswebook CRM

Categories used to display all your services in groups that helps to organize all services in beautiful and structured list that is easy to navigate.

On the sidebar Navigate to Settings > Categories to set or edit service categories.

In case you need to create a new category, click “Add” button in the top right corner.

Enter the name of new Category. For example, “Hair”.

Click “Save” to add newly created category into the list.

In case you want to edit category name or delete it, click on the table row with the category.

Enter new name, for example, “Nails”. Or click delete button if you want to delete it.

Then click “Save” button. The category will be saved with new changes.
The services section of the application lists all the services your company provides. These services will be displayed when making an online registration.
